Purchased a home in 2020 that had septic work completed as part of the sale. Unfortunately, I did not receive details on what was done & Environmental Services had lost the paperwork. Called & spoke with Steve who was kind, understanding, & very helpful! He not only explained the work that was done, but sent pictures & set up a time to come to my home to show me how to switch my systems. Because of how patient & friendly Steve was, I immediately scheduled a time for my septic to be pumped, which is when I met Devo. Devo was also friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He explained the process before he started, then showed me how to switch the systems, sharing valuable care information along the way. I intend to see them again next Spring when I finally tackle grading my yard & would highly recommend them for any septic, or excavating needs!

Excellent work by Steve and is team.  Very professional and precise.  My drain field failed and needed a completely new system late in the year last year.  The soil engineer and health department required me to put in a Presby system in the front yard.  I did not want an ugly mound system.  Steve worked with me to extend natural contours of the property to satisfy health department requirements and keep aesthetics.  They even helped create a solution where I didn't need to tear up my asphalt driveway for the perimeter drain. Any questions I had they answered thoroughly and without hesitation.  They worked through concerns and did their best to make a bad situation manageable.  Do not hesitate to use them and I would suggest you don't waste your time with any other company.
